1. Purpose

These Terms define the conditions, procedures, rights, and obligations for using Pigeon, provided by 넥스트네버랜드.

Pigeon helps customers analyze visits, events, and payment attribution through a script installed on websites they register.

2. Service

The service includes website registration, tracking script delivery, visitor and session analytics, custom event analytics, payment and revenue attribution analytics, and usage-based subscription management.

Customers may install the Pigeon script only on websites they own or control, and must not use the service for illegal purposes or to infringe third-party rights.

3. Account and subscription

Sign-up and login use Google OAuth. Members are responsible for keeping their account secure.

Pigeon is a monthly usage-based recurring subscription. The billing tier is determined by current-month pageviews plus custom events and the number of connected websites.

4. Payment and billing

Recurring billing is charged to the payment method registered by the member. Billing amount, next billing date, and current usage can be checked on the Subscription page.

If payment fails, a card expires, or the payment method is invalid, service access or the next billing process may be limited.

5. Refunds

When a subscription is canceled or a refund is requested, Pigeon guarantees a prorated partial refund for unused remaining subscription days. Details are defined in the Refund Policy.

Refund requests are accepted by customer support email and processed after payment and subscription details are reviewed.

6. Limitation of liability

Pigeon works to provide a stable service, but is not responsible for data gaps caused by customer website settings, browser storage limits, third-party payment providers, or infrastructure issues unless caused by Pigeon's intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

Pigeon may update these Terms due to legal, policy, or service changes, and material changes will be announced through the service or email.
